6. Chat and Enquiries
Your assistant conversation history is stored only in the browser on your device and expires automatically after 7 days. You can also clear it from the chat interface at any time.
If a message contains an email address or phone number, the assistant asks for separate confirmation before sending it. After confirmation, SNS-IX receives the supplied contact, recent conversation context and the current page address. To prevent abuse, the server may also record the IP address and browser information. The enquiry may be forwarded to the responsible employee through configured communication channels or a CRM and is retained only as long as necessary to respond, support the service or comply with law.
7. User Rights
You can:
- request clarification, update, or deletion of personal data, if applicable and not contrary to law;
- withdraw consent to data processing in cases where processing is based on consent;
- ask questions about how we process and protect information.
8. Data Retention Period
We store data only as long as necessary for the purposes specified in this Policy, or within the timeframes established by law. After achieving the processing goals, data is deleted or anonymized if possible.
