Onboarding

How to Connect

From first contact to live peering in as little as 48 hours. Here's everything you need to get started.

01

Check Eligibility

Any network operator with a public ASN can join SNS-IX. You need a registered ASN and IP address space.

02

Choose Port Type

Select the peering model that fits your needs: Public Peering, Private Peering, Remote Peering, or IX-as-a-Service.

03

Submit Request

Use our Port Configurator or contact form to submit your connection request. Our team responds within 24 hours.

04

Cross-Connect

Establish a physical cross-connect at one of our Points of Presence, or set up remote peering via partner transport.

05

Configure BGP

Set up BGP sessions with our route servers. We provide configuration templates and support for all major platforms.

06

Go Live

Verify your routes, confirm traffic exchange, and start peering. Our NOC monitors 24/7 and is available for any questions.
